Experience with financial and/or ERP databases is a plus (Infor M3, Planful, etc.).

A good understanding of general accounting practices is necessary for regular communication with the General Ledger team.

Proficient in cash flow, balance sheet, income statement preparation and interpretation.Ability to synthesize, organize and maintain large amounts of data.Self-motivated with high bias for action and accountability.Be able to work in a fast paced, rapidly growing environment.Proactive, effective communicator that has demonstrated success with senior management and business partners in achieving desired results.Excellent ability with Microsoft Office with deep understanding of advanced formulas in Excel.3 years of experience in Corporate FP&A with a mid-to-large size organization working at the Headquarters or Business Unit level required.Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required.Perform other related and ad hoc duties as needed.Develop pro-forma financial models with supporting business case that includes visual presentations for Senior Leadership with an outlook to both near and long-term.Perform financial evaluations, risk analysis and advice regarding Strategic Initiatives, special projects, investment proposals and contracts.Partner with HR to develop headcount and payroll expense reporting for the business need.Manage the analysis / documentation of ad hoc requests as required by the Executive Leaders, and other functional leaders.

Monitor and evaluate SG&A expense and meet with cross-functional leaders and provide recommendations and adjust forecast as needed.

Assist in the annual budget process including meeting timelines and deliverables, while collaborating with both Finance and Non-Finance Business Leads to identify and report key performance indicators to business leaders.
